Carrie Grace

CEO & Founder

Carrie Grace is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carrie Grace Consulting, where she leverages over a decade of global experience to support leaders and organizations in fulfilling their missions with excellence and sustainability.

Since 2011, Carrie has worked directly with survivors of human trafficking, specializing in trauma recovery and post-trauma resiliency. She is the author of five published, evidence-based programs used internationally across prevention, education, and restoration efforts.

In 2016, Carrie founded Valiant Hearts, a nonprofit dedicated to serving survivors of sex trafficking in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. That same year, she developed a trauma stabilization program implemented in Iraq to support women and children rescued from ISIS captivity. In 2017, she trained the NGO opening Scotland’s first long-term restoration housing program for sex trafficking survivors. The following year, she established a first-of-its-kind emergency housing program in Texas designed specifically for victims of sex trafficking.

In 2019, Carrie joined Freedom Shield Foundation as Executive Director, where she was responsible for building global aftercare infrastructure. Under her leadership, the emergency housing initiative was relaunched and expanded across the DFW metroplex. Between 2020 and 2024, the program served 66 survivors, with 92% successfully completing and transitioning into the next phase of their healing journey.

Now a full-time trainer, consultant, and advisor, Carrie brings her expertise to leaders and teams across the U.S. and internationally. She has equipped professionals in government, law enforcement, education, healthcare, faith-based organizations, and NGOs with trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices. Her high-level trainings include Homeland Security Investigations’ national team of Victim Advocates and the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation’s cybercrime and anti-trafficking divisions.

In 2023, Carrie launched Carrie Grace Consulting to expand her work as a trainer, consultant, and advisor—providing nonprofit and organizational leaders with the tools to build healthy teams, prevent burnout, and lead with sustainability and vision. Her work continues to create lasting impact at the intersection of trauma-informed care, leadership development, and mission-driven strategy.
